ClearTown affected by Victorian Bushfires |

The staff at Clear Networks have been deeply shocked and troubled with the Bushfire tradegy that has struck large parts of Victoria.
Many of Clear's customers live in areas that have been affected by this disaster, and Clear's infrastructure at Cleartowns in Flowerdale has been completely destroyed, whilst Strathcreek and Yea were affected the services there have since been restored. Infrastructure near Whittlesea has also been destroyed by the fire.
Clear customers whose CPE or service has been affected, have been migrated to our Fire Assist plan which will include suspending all charges, and providing customers with a free dial-up account. All customers are asked to contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 855 215 and discuss your details with our team.
Clear deeply regrets the loss of life and property and our thoughts are with everyone affected and those fighting fires and assisting througout our state.
