We now offer 3 types of Plans to our customers.
- Standard plans are those that are operate during standard times, and we give the option of capping your service or providing a volume based service (better for business)
- Nite plans offer minmal data download during peak times, but significant amounts during a reduced off-peak period
- Special Bundled plans offer a special combination of standard time downloads PLUS a voice line over your broadband link.
All plans can be bundled with our special satellite optimised voice service ClearTalk for NBN

Plan Notes:
- Service is available to eligible customer only as determined by NBNCo policy. We can assist with checking your eligibilty, click here to provide us your details to determine your eligiliby.
- Service is based on minimum 6 month signup. FREE Install (standard install) on all plans.
- Bundled Fee is based on including a ClearTalk voice service with your broadband service. To view ClearTalk plans click here.
- Plans are based on peak speed of 6mbps down and 1 mbps upload, however speed for customers will be dependent on their location, signal strength of their vsat and internet destination.
- NBN Plans are based on a peak time speed of 30kbps download per customer as provided by NBNCo. This means that at a peak time, your service speed may be reduced.
- Please note that some plans come with bonus double off-peak* data, giving you more total data download each month or more.
- Standard and Special Bundle Plans have a Peak Time from 11am to 11pm, and Off-Peak Time from 11pm to 11am. Nite plans have an Peak Time of 7am to Midnight and Off-Peak Time of midnight until 7am.
- If choosing a Cap option with your plan, when you reach your download total, your speed will be reduced to 128kbps for the remainder of the month (unless you have further download available during an off-peak period). You will have the option to purchase a data-block which will remove your speed restriction. Users that are capped will still be able to use their ClearTalk service which is optimised regardless of data-traffic on your service.
- If choosing an Excess option with your plan, your speed will not be reduced when you reach your download total, but you will be charged an excess fee of 2cents per MB of data.
- Data usage is counted in both direction (download and upload)
- You will be charged on a monthly basis on the 1st day of the month. You will be charged for your first month at the time of signing up, and your first bill will include a pro-rata portion for the period you were active during the prior month.
- Payment options are via a direct-debit or direct-credit card arrangement and do not currently incur a surcharge.
- You may upgrade your plan at any time during the month without charge. You may downgrade your plan once a month.
Data Blocks:
You can purchase data-blocks as add-on's any time during the month. Data expires at the end of the month, and blocks can be added for one month or permanently.
Data Blocks can only be purchased for standard plans or added to our special Bundled Plans.
